MEET THE COMMUNITY

There’s room for you.

Try an official ofork room in your browser.
Android, iPhone, or computer—all welcome.

Loading official rooms…

Official rooms are hosted by ofork. Public joining is limited during this early release; the host’s join page confirms availability before you enter.

FROM LINK TO CONVERSATION

Three small steps.

  1. Open the room’s link.

Use your host’s invitation or a public-room button above. You’ll land on that community’s own address.

  2. Meet your host.

Check the room, your guest name, and its privacy policy and guidelines. Confirm them when you’re ready.

  3. Join the conversation.

Read, reply, and return to the rooms you’ve joined. No billing account or personal server is needed.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you join.

Do I need my own ofork box?

No. Your room’s host provides the account and conversation service. You only need a supported browser and an invitation or an open public room.

Where do my messages live?

On the room host’s server. This promotional website doesn’t handle your room login or store your conversations. Messages can be read by the host and authorized participants; they are not end-to-end encrypted.

Can I use someone else’s community?

Yes. Open the invitation they send you. Their community runs on its own address and under its own policies; it doesn’t need to appear on this website.

Can I use the iPhone app today?

The native app is built and being prepared for testing and distribution. There is no public TestFlight or App Store download yet. Use the browser version in the meantime.

What if a conversation becomes uncomfortable?

Report a message or block its author in the conversation. You can also contact the host privately, leave the room, or request deletion of your account and messages from Settings.
